The BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field in Outlook and Outlook Express

The BCC field is where you add email addresses to that you don't want any of the recipients to see (other peoples email addresses).
.
Having Email address in the "To" or "CC" fields can allow for SPAM-ING and undesirables getting a hold of your email address as well other people's. Not to mention using those addresses to send SPAM with. Almost like identity fraud.
.
By default, this field doesn't show. Only the "To" and "CC" field.
.
To turn this on:
In Outlook Express:
Open an NEW email and click on VIEW.
From the drop-down menu that appears, you will see "ALL HEADERS". Click on it.
Done.
.
In Outlook (part of Office (up to 2003))
Open an NEW email and click on the down (triangle) arrow to the right of OPTIONS (on line with icons)
From the drop-down menu that appears, you will see "Bcc". Click on it.
Done.
.
In Outlook (part of Office 2007)
Open an NEW email and click on OPTIONS tab in the ribbon.
Click on the “Show Bcc”
Done.
.
Now all the emails you send, forward, reply to etc., will have the BCC  field showing below the CC field.
Do the same as above to 'toggle' OFF and ON
